According to OneKey MLS, the closed median home price for Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties stayed at $600,000 from September. The $600,000 figure represents a 10.7% increase over last October's reported median closed price.
Low inventory continues to be the story. The total number of residential listings in October 2021 on the Multiple Listing Service were 12,287. Down 573 listings from September, and a decrease of 25.3% from October 2021.
