According to OneKey MLS, the closed median home price for Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties fell to $600,000 from $610,000 in August. However, the $600,000 September figure is still a 13.2% increase over last September's reported price.
Low inventory continues to be the story. The total number of residential listings in September 2021 on the Multiple Listing Service were 12,860. Down 187 listings from September, and a decrease of 23.8% from September 2021.
